Want to know who's behind all the magic? It's none other than our very own Chef Alan Lambert. Alan has had food and beverage deeply rooted inside him for as long as anyone can remember. His sense of community shines through his perfected authentic flavor, and his love for fresh locally sourced ingredients sets Copper Rock apart.

Alan's passion to try new and daring things is what keeps the continuously changing menus fresh and exciting. He has ventured near and far, and has frequented various locations that has cultured him in all things fine cuisine. Whether it be his previous adventures as Executive Chef in the Sierra Foothills, The Squaw Valley High Camp, or back here in good old Arizona, Alan's delectable dishes never disappoint.
